Klausen Trading Company Pty. Ltd. was incorporated in 1978.

In 1993 Klausen Trading Company under went a management buy out by Nayer Abdel-Fatah and Ben Lee.

With changing markets, Klausen Trading Company have for a number of years been looking for other opportunities within Australia with products and services that would synergise with their existing business and together would compliment each other and strengthen the opportunities to expand.

With the purchase of an existing product range (from an other company) Klausen Process Machinery was started in 1998 with its own range of materials handling equipment. Today although both companies operate independently of each other, the group as a whole have the following capabilities to enhance domestic success as well as a firm base for exploring Export Markets:
